General Cleaning
The Client is responsible for all cleaning products and equipment, unless otherwise agreed.
All cleaning equipment must be safe and in full working order.
The Client may cancel a cleaning visit by giving 24 hours notice. If not done on time Fresh Solutions UK Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge the full amount for the cleaning visit.
Fresh Solutions UK Cleaning Services has full public liability insurance. Our policy will cover any accidental damages cost by any personal working on behalf of Fresh Solutions UK. The Client must report any damages within 24 hours from the cleaning visit. Failure to do so will entitle Client to nothing.
All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed by the Client.
The client must allow the cleaners access to hot water and power, otherwise Fresh Solutions UK do not guarantee satisfactory cleaning.
One-off Deep Clean, Spring and Party Cleaning etc.
The Client is responsible for providing the task list and equipment in full working order. Washing up, ironing, cleaning of windows and laundry are not part of the above service and will not be done if not arranged with Fresh Solutions UK in advance.
By ordering Fresh Solutions UK services by phone, email, fax or website, the Client agrees to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant UK laws, and by agreeing to be bound by them the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the UK.
Fresh Solutions UK Cleaning Services reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice. |
